Family in Morristown is seeking a nanny to care for their primary their 8 year old and assists with some driving for their 14 and 16 years old. Typical summer hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. During the school year, the typical schedule will be 7:00 am to 8:30 am and again from 2:00 to 6:00 pm.
Duties include:
Preparing basic snacks and meals (preferably for the family). Doing the children’s laundry and tidying up after the children. Opening the door to let the dogs out.
Ideal nanny:
Ideal nanny for this family is a kind, caring, self-starter who sees something that needs to be done and is happy to help with it. Willingness to provide occasional date night/overnight care is a plus but not required. Nanny needs to be vaccinated for Covid-19.
About the children:
This 8-year-old is thoughtful, kind, and smart. He loves school and playing afterschool sports. This 14-year-old is extremely compassionate, thoughtful, and sporty. After school, she plays sports and spends a lot of time doing schoolwork. This 16-year-old is boisterous, smart, and very independent. He loves school, sports, and his friends. The family also has a senior in college. The children are well-behaved and get along all the time.

These parents are patient and kind and have high expectations for their children. They describe their household as busy, active, and loud! The family has two hypoallergenic bernedoodles.
