Family in Watchung, NJ looking for full-time nanny to care for their 2-year-old child and become part of the family. Will be approximately 40-45 hours per week. Work day could begin as early as 7:30 am and end as late as 7:30 pm. Flexibility is important, but the schedule will be consistent.
Ideal nanny:
Ideal nanny is a loving, caring, creative playmate. Personality and love are most important to these parents. Background in education is a plus but not required, as long as Nanny is engaging and takes advantage of “teachable moments” during play. Ideal caregiver is fun, upbeat, and patient. Must be a non-smoker, live a Covid-safe lifestyle, and be pet-friendly.
Duties include:
Child sleeps/naps for long stretches of time each day, during which time Nanny will help with preparing snacks/meals for Child, doing child’s laundry, tidying up, and occasionally dusting is a plus but not required.
About the child:
This is a loving, hilarious, sensitive, intelligent, and creative 2-year-old boy. He enjoys make believe, running, playing, watching cars outside, going on walks, and reading books. He especially loves learning about the stars, bugs, the alphabet, and numbers.
