Full-time nanny needed for family in Livingston. Position can either be live-out or live-in. Schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. During the summer, Nanny must have the flexibility to work overtime hours with advance notice. Hours may go from 40 to 50 in future.
Duties:
Providing basic/typical toddler care including preparing meals and feeding, putting her down for nap, playing, reading books, driving her to classes/playdates. No household responsibilities other than child-related ones are required.
Ideal nanny:
Looking for someone who is kind, patient, and loves children. Someone who is honest and will keep lines of communication with parents open, so that together they will provide the best care for the child as her needs change over time. Looking for a long-term nanny to become a part of the family. Nanny must have a driver’s license and will be asked to drive. Family may provide a vehicle but prefers Nanny use her own.
About the child:
This 18-month-old girl is active, curious, happy, determined, and communicative. She enjoys music, outdoor play, and books.
About the home:
The parents are two working professionals who treat people with respect and compassion. They plan on having a second child at some point. There are no pets in the home. Parents will be getting the Covid-19 vaccine once they are eligible.
