Family in Asbury Park is looking for a full-time nanny or manny for their three awesome children who are 5 years old, 3 years old, and 1 year old. The typical schedule will be Monday to Friday from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm. However, Nanny/Manny has the option to work until 8:00 pm on any or all of those nights. If this does not work for the nanny, the family is willing to hire an additional caregiver to cover the extra hours.
Schedule choices:
Option 1: 7 am to 4 pm from Monday to Friday
Option 2: 7 am to 8 pm for 2 to 4 days a week
Ideal caregiver:
The ideal caregiver for this family is loving, trustworthy, reliable, and good at following and retaining directions. Looking for someone who is sensitive, hands-on, and able to be very careful with the youngest child, who has some severe skin sensitivities. The ideal caregiver is organized and proactive but comfortable asking questions if they don’t know something. They are energetic and can keep up with three playful children. Looking for someone who is open to working as a team with Parents. Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and be able to swim.
Duties:
Planning and transporting the children to activities. Engaging the children in creative outdoor and indoor activities. Serving meals delivered by the family chef. Bathing and dressing the children. Putting them down for naps (and doing bedtime routine, if Nanny stays until 8:00 pm) Changing diapers and potty training. Washing, folding, and organizing the children’s clothes. Teaching life and social skills. Vacuuming and tidying up after the children. Providing travel care once every two months (for additional pay). No pet care or errands required.
About the children:
This five-year-old is smart, fun, independent, and energetic. She loves gymnastics and swimming. This three-year-old is easygoing and high energy. She loves to dance, play, and eat. The baby is one year old.
About the parents:
These parents are devoted, protective, and supportive. They praise their children’s good behavior and talk through unwanted behaviors with them when they occur.
