A family in Chatham is seeking a full-time, live-out or live-in caregiver for their two daughters, ages 7 years old and 2 years old. The typical schedule would be Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 2 pm.
Duties include:
Assisting the children with getting ready in the morning and traveling to school. Transporting the children to activities. Basic cleaning, including vacuuming and tidying up after the children. Basic meal and snack preparation. Pet care.

The ideal caregiver for this home is sweet, patient, playful, and firm. This caregiver is a good role model who is organized, timely, and takes initiative. They must be a non-smoker.
About the child(ren):
This 7-year-old is kind, fun-loving, friendly, playful, and a good listener. Her favorite subject is reading, and she struggles with math. She attends gymnastics, lacrosse, and dance classes. She will turn 8 in September, and she loves arts and crafts.
This 2-year-old is shy, compassionate, emotionally intelligent, and social. She attends pre-school, and she loves music. She also loves everything to do with transportation, including cars, trucks, and buses. She goes to soccer and gymnastics classes.
About the parents:
These parents are fun, loving, and kind. They prefer to resolve issues by talking with the children about what happened, encouraging them to apologize and give a hug. They also use timeouts when needed.
