This family is seeking a part-time nanny/manny for their 1.5-year-old. The typical schedule is Monday and Tuesday from either 12:00 pm until 5:00 pm or from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm, and Wednesday from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm. Additional hours may be available if the caregiver is interested.
Duties include:
Preparing healthy/low sugar snacks and meals for the child only. Basic tidying up after the child. Loading the dishwasher and/or cleaning toddler cups and dishes after use. No driving is required.

This family’s ideal caregiver is present, engaging, encouraging, and open-minded. They value child-led activities and freedom for exploration. Looking for someone who genuinely loves kids and will work with both parents equally.
About the child:
This 1.5-year-old is curious, joyful, determined, passionate, and sweet. She loves music, reading, and Elmo! She's allowed to watch Sesame Street 20-30 minutes per day.
About the parents:
These parents are united, loving, generous, and very excited about this phase in their life as parents. They are both their daughter’s primary caregivers and are aligned in partnership. Mom is affectionate, silly, patient, a curious learner and big reader, pragmatic, and down to earth. Dad is silly, big hearted, creative, logical, and patient. The child’s grandmother, visits two days per week. She’s smart, loving, and surprisingly silly. The adults in this household are vaccinated.
Redirection and neutral responses are used when the child is whining/throwing tantrums. Parents are firm when the child crosses a boundary or when her safety is at risk.
