A family in Roselle is looking for a full-time nanny for their newborn child. The typical schedule would be rotating (2 days a week) with an average of 20 hours per week. The hours can range from 4 to 12 hours per day, but the nanny will be given a guarantee based on 20 hours per week. Both parents work in healthcare and receive their schedules one month in advance. This has the opportunity to become a full-time position, based on when Mom goes back to work.
Duties include:
Basic infant care. Preparing meals and snacks. Feeding the child. Cleaning bottles. Basic tidying up and laundry for the child. Occasionally taking the dog out.
Ideal nanny:
The ideal nanny for this home is patient, kind, tidy, dependable, and flexible with her schedule. She must be able to work with the rotating schedule. Reliability is a must; Nanny must give as much advance notice of any absences as possible, including if she is ill. Looking for a dedicated caregiver who is willing to come in when not feeling 100%. Experience working with infants is required.
