A family in Roselle is looking for a full-time nanny for their newborn child. The typical schedule would be rotating (35 hours a week), typically around 7 am to 7 pm with some flexibility needed. Both parents work in healthcare and receive their schedules one month in advance. They may need overnight or on-call coverage. Weekend coverage (1-2 weekends per month) is also required.
Duties include:
Basic infant care. Preparing meals and snacks. Feeding the child. Cleaning bottles. Basic tidying up and laundry for the child. Occasionally taking the dog out.
Ideal nanny:
The ideal nanny for this home is patient, kind, tidy, dependable, and flexible with her schedule. She must be able to work with the rotating schedule. Reliability is a must; Nanny must give as much advance notice of any absences as possible, including if she is ill. Looking for a dedicated caregiver who is willing to come in when not feeling 100%. Experience working with infants is required.
