Family in Clifton, NJ is looking for a part-time nanny for their scrumptious three-year-old son. Ideal schedule in the beginning will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm. If candidate is flexible and would like additional hours, position could possibly grow into full-time, depending on Mom's work schedule in the distant future.
Duties include:
All duties are child-related: folding his laundry, preparing basic meals, and tidying up after him.
Ideal nanny:
Ideal nanny takes initiative and can manage on their own. They are very safety-conscious (even with small day-to-day things) and comfortable bringing up any issue she or the child might be having. Looking for a caregiver who is patient and understanding of the child’s big emotions, has common sense, and is willing to teach the child life skills. Open to both vaccinated and non-vaccinated candidates as long as they're conscientious.
About the child:
This 3-year-old is funny, loving, curious, happy, and smart. He enjoys music, soccer, and being read to. He loves painting and drawing, sometimes with his feet! He loves anything involving planes, trains, or automobiles. Being a “pandemic child”, he sometimes experiences anxiety when meeting new people. Please note, potty training is in progress.
About the family:
This single mom is kind, easygoing, and friendly. She loves meeting people and learning all about their backgrounds, experiences, and religions. She appreciates people with strong values and ethics. She is creative, motivated, and passionate about her acting career. She adores her boy but is hoping an extra set of hands will allow her to get things done around the house and have a little “me time”. Mom is very focused on teaching life skills, even at a young age, and her son has begun learning how to pick up. The only pets in the home are fish. Please note that both parents are vaccinated.
