Family in Summit is looking for a short-term nanny for their three children (ages 7, 4, and 2) until their au pair arrives. The typical schedule will be Monday to Friday from 11:30 am until 5:00 pm.
Duties include:
Duties include doing children's laundry, making beds if needed, emptying dishwasher, tidying up after children, and cleaning up after snack time. Nanny will also be doing pickup/drop off from school and activities using Family vehicle, helping with snack and meal prep, and supervising playdates.
Ideal Nanny:
Ideal nanny is reliable and friendly and communicates effectively with children and adults. They have a clean driving record and enjoy the company of children. They do not speak on the phone or text while with children. Looking for someone who is confident/comfortable administering an EpiPen if needed (food allergies), who is fully vaccinated for COVID 19, and who will work as a team with Mom.
About the children:
The 7-year-old is curious, talkative, friendly, kind, and smart. Her afterschool activities include soccer, piano, and acrobatics. She loves reading and science. The 4-year-old is sweet, kind, soft-spoken, intelligent, and easygoing. He loves drawing and writing. His afterschool activities include gymnastics and soccer. The 2-year-old is outgoing, friendly, happy, easy, and loving. She enjoys reading books. She is allergic to tree nuts and sesame and requires EpiPen if allergens are ingested.
About the family:
Both parents are friendly and Covid-19 vaccinated. Their discipline structure includes talking through conflict, using reward systems, and using Time Out. Children typically get along very well. No pet care requested.
