Family in Scotch Plains, NJ, is looking for a temporary nanny for their 2-year-old and 4-year-old children. Schedule would be Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Ideally looking for a caregiver who is great at engaging children and is being safe during COVID-19. Start date is flexible. Duration of position is until April or until it is safe (COVID) for youngest to attend daycare.
Duties include:
Primary responsibility is to care for the 2 year old and, if older child's school closes, for both children. Daily responsibilities will include basic tidying up after children and meal prep for the children only. Family has a dog, but no pet care is required.
About the children:
2-year-old girl is silly, playful, talkative, crazy, and joyful. 4-year-old boy is stubborn, loving, goofy, silly, playful, and loves reading!
