Part-time Nannies
Your family is looking for a long-term, part-time nanny…someone who is going to make a positive impact on your home and family for years to come. So we take the time to learn all about your needs and goals in order to create the custom care your family deserves.
What is the criteria for a part-time nanny?
Part-time, live-out nannies typically work 10-25 hours per week or bi-weekly (based on family’s need). This can take various shapes, such as a few days a week or a few hours a day of care. The Nanny Smith defines a part-time placement as any placement that is fewer than 35 hours per week.

Fees:
In the entire process, there are only two payments: the initial enrollment fee which activates the search and then the commission at the conclusion of the search.
Enrollment fee:
Before beginning the search for a nanny, we would have a family meeting at no cost to you. During this time, we review your family’s needs and concerns, as well as the qualities, skills, and traits you are looking for in a nanny. No charge is made until your file is activated with the enrollment fee.
Placement fee:
Once your home officially has a caregiver, there will be a commission fee based on the nanny’s first-year annual salary. There are no other hidden fees associated with our services. We will take care of the background screens, motor vehicle screens, drug testing, sales tax, etc.
Our guarantee
You have a one-year guarantee of one replacement caregiver. If, at any point during the year, you are not satisfied with your nanny, give us a call and we will find you a replacement.
No other agency offers such a generous guarantee! Plus we do it at NO ADDITIONAL COST. That’s right—no new placement fee or even an administrative fee like other agencies charge.
Why do we do it? Because we have your family’s best interests in mind, and because we are confident you’ll never have to use it!
