Steps to activate the official search
1. Complete the online Family Form
2. Sign the contract and pay the enrollment fee
Once you fill out the online Family Form, you will be directed to the Placement Contract. If you have questions about our terms or fees, please contact us directly at 908-375-3555. The enrollment fee will not be charged until you have spoken with the Family Placement Coordinator and confirmed your desire to proceed with Nanny Smith Agency.
