A family in Watchung is looking for a responsible and engaging Nanny to care for their 4-year-old daughter. The schedule will be Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am until 9:00 am and again from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm, with flexibility for occasional date night hours.
Duties:
Assisting with before-school duties such as getting dressed, packing backpacks, and serving breakfast. Picking the child up from school and accompanying her to after-school activities. Preparing light meals and snacks for the child. Engaging her through creative play and occasionally assisting with bath time routine. Tidying up after the child.

The ideal Nanny for this home is caring, responsible, and engaging. They should be present with the child and have a gentle and patient personality. Looking for someone who is creative, playful, and willing to work as a team with the parents.
About the child:
This 4-year-old is smart, energetic, and kind. She loves to play dress up and dance and enjoys imaginative play. Her after-school activities include gymnastics, dance class, and sports. She is sensitive to loud noises and is involved in play therapy, which the Nnny may need to transport her to.

This mom is outgoing, flexible, and organized, while dad is introverted and laid back. They implement gentle parenting techniques with their daughter and correct unwanted behavior through voice inflections as needed.
