Family in Chatham is looking for a full-time nanny for their sweet 3-year-old son. They are expecting their second child in November. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm.
Duties include:
Duties include cooking meals for a child with allergies according to parents’ guidelines, tidying up after the child, and doing the child’s laundry.
Ideal nanny:
Ideal caregiver is an organized, responsible, experienced nanny who will feel like an extension to the family. They are warm and respectful and have experience with newborns as well as toddlers. They are punctual and have a flexible schedule. Looking for an active caregiver who will engage the child and keep him safe and happy. Ideal caregiver has experience with food allergies, and is extremely conscientious about what the child eats.
About the child:
This three-year-old is sweet, kind, gentle, shy, warm, and very active. He loves reading books, listening to music and playing his instruments, playing outside with balls and on the trampoline, doing arts and crafts, and playing hide and seek. He will be starting pre-school in the fall. He has severe food allergies.
About the parents:
Parents are loving, fun, playful, silly, and caring. Both are hard-working, creative, and outgoing. They are easygoing and use a calming tone and explanation rather than punishment when their son misbehaves.
