Family in Chatham is looking for a Household Manager / Nanny to help with their home and their children, ages 15, 12, 10, and 7 years old. Typical hours are Monday from 9am until 6pm and Tuesday-Friday from 12pm until 6pm.
Ideal nanny:
Ideal nanny is fun-loving and can be Mom’s right-hand person! They are an organized, fun, multi-tasking self starter who will proactively pick up on what needs to be done in the home. Ideal caregiver can keep up with this busy home. They are loving, kind, and understand how to give increased freedom and responsibility (along with accountability) to the older children. Looking for someone who is responsible but has a fun spirit. Ideal nanny has a flexible schedule. College-educated nanny preferred but not required.
Duties include:
Duties are Family’s laundry, grocery shopping, and picking up items locally for the family. Nanny will be driving the children to school and activities, tidying up after the children, and letting the dogs out into the fenced yard. Nanny will be sharing cooking responsibilities with Mom, depending on the day!
About the children:
It is rare that all four kids are home at the same time (almost never happens given their after school schedules). The oldest is in 9th grade and is funny, engaging, kind, hardworking, and determined. The 7th grader is kind, hardworking, responsible, nurturing, and loving. The 5th grader is a bit quieter, generous, independent, kind, and hardworking. The 2nd grader is hardworking, entertaining, full of personality, and outgoing. The children have either lacrosse or field hockey after school.
